I’m so excited to help you plan your trip! Whether it’s a quick getaway or a full-on dream vacation, my goal is to make the process smooth, fun, and stress-free. Before we get everything booked, please take a moment to review the terms below so we’re on the same page and your travel experience goes as smoothly as possible.

1. Role as Travel Advisor

Travels by Vivi acts as an independent travel advisor. I assist with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences tailored to your needs. I work with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, resorts, etc.) and do not own or operate these services.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change until officially booked and confirmed. Travel rates—especially flights—can change at any time. I always aim to secure the best available pricing at the time of booking.

3. Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment deadlines will always be communicated clearly. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Some bookings may be non-refundable or include cancellation penalties. Any refunds are issued according to the supplier’s policies, not Travels by Vivi.

Travels by Vivi is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees.

5. Changes to Bookings

Changes after booking (such as dates, names, or destinations) may result in additional fees. While I’ll always do my best to help, changes are not guaranteed.

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification. Travels by Vivi is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. It can cover cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and more. If you choose to decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Travels by Vivi is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party travel providers.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Flight delays or cancellations
Lost or delayed baggage
Weather disruptions
Supplier overbookings

9. Communication

Please review all booking details carefully once received and notify me immediately of any errors. Travels by Vivi is not responsible for issues not reported in a timely manner.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment or confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Service Fees (if applicable)

Planning or service fees may apply depending on the complexity of your trip. These will always be discussed upfront and are non-refundable.
